“Exciting night! Getting Christmas decorations out of the basement, my husband smelled gas. We called 911 and left the house with our 3 cats! The LANSING fire & police departments showed up in record time and agreed there was a leak coming from the furnace. We called Besels right away. Adam Patterson was on call and was here within 20 mins.! He immediately went to work to find the problem and had us safe and back up and running within an hour. It was an extremely cold night, soon we were toasty warm due to Adam/ Besel’s expertise! We have a service contract with Besel which provided some service discounts. So glad we did! Spencer was our first technician. What a delightful and polite young man. My husband was very impressed with his skill and knowledge. My husband is not easily impressed. It was a joy to have him in our home.
