What is the warranty on HVAC service?
Our warranty covers 90 days labor. Material warranty is per manufacturer (usually 1 – 5 years).
Do I need to be present when the work is being done?
No, but we will need access to any relevant parts of the house (breakers, water shut-offs, etc.)
Can I request a non-smoker performs the work?
Yes, but we can’t guarantee it. However, our techs never smoke at the job site.
What is the timeline for completion?
Completion depends the nature of the project and the availability of parts. However, most jobs are completed same day.
Who is going to be on the job?
Only Besel’s employees will be on the job. All our techs are screened for background, drug, and driving records. Besel’s is a NATE Certified Contractor.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are licensed and insured. A copy of either the license or insurance can be provided when requested.
Can I buy my own material for the job?
Yes, but we cannot warranty the material.
Can I self-perform any work?
Yes, but it is not recommended by us or the manufacturer. Work performed by non-HVAC company can void warranties.

No, all Besel’s HVAC service work is performed by a Besel’s employee.

No. We use flat-rate pricing, which gives a set price to perform a job. This allows our techs to price jobs on-site and provides peace-of-mind for customers by knowing the price up front.
Do you have a showroom?
No. The internet has taken over as the go-to resource for remodeling projects. However, we’re happy to provide brochures, and online resources.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Our estimates for HVAC replacement is always free. However, if an on-site diagnosis is required then our standard diagnostic fee will be assessed.
Do you offer financing?
