Keith is our lead service tech, and an installer.

Keith has worked in the HVAC industry for almost 20 years. It’s work that he enjoys.

“A lot of what I like is just the stories I hear from the people I work for, then obviously getting their equipment running and putting a smile on their face,” he says. “I like the technical side, too. Some of it is a challenge. I like the variety of what I get to do each day.”

Keith studied at Vatterott College and is NATE certified. He has focused on continuing education throughout his career and has even toured a few HVAC manufacturing facilities over the years. His dedication has paid off – he was crew foreman and employee of the year in his past roles.

Keith has worked on a variety of equipment, installing and servicing boilers, radiant floors, ductless mini-splits, and geothermal systems. Besel’s is pleased to put his years of experience to work for our customers.

“This company has been around for a long time, and we’re not going anywhere. Besel’s isn’t a fly-by-night operation,” Keith says. “We’ll always be around to keep the warranty on customers’ equipment and work on it.

“Obviously, too, customers are number one in our eyes and we’re going to do whatever we can to take care of them. We want them to be satisfied with what we’ve done. I notice people here do whatever they can to take care of the customer.”
