Besel's offers 24 hours a day service for most makes and models of furnace and air conditioners.
All Besel's Service Technicians are EPA Certified.

Service Agreements

     Besel's believes that spending a small amount on preventative maintenance for your furnace and air conditioner will save you money in the long run. While preventative maintenance does not guarantee against future equipment failure, most of the problems Besel's encounters on service calls can be avoided with a regular preventative maintenance program. That is why we offer PERFORMANCE PLUS SERVICE.

     PERFORMANCE PLUS SERVICE helps keep your furnace and air conditioner in the best working condition year-round for a small annual fee. Besel's will come to your home and perform a "clean and check" service on your air conditioner and furnace. This service includes:

  • Clean and lubricate all moving parts.
  • Check safety controls, starting capabilities, thermostat calibration, and operation pressures.
  • Replace air filters.
  • Check all electrical components.
  • Check for proper temperature.
  • Check gas line, fan, heat exchanger and burner operation.
  • Check for carbon monoxide leakage.

     You also receive priority scheduling of additional service calls and a 10% discount on all additional parts and labor. Besel's has increased the value of the PERFORMANCE PLUS SERVICE by adding plumbing and electrical service. You will receive the 10% parts and labor discount on plumbing and electrical service too. In some instances, the 10% parts and labor discount saves you more than the cost of the PERFORMANCE PLUS SERVICE.

     The cost for PERFORMANCE PLUS SERVICE starts at $135.00 per year, plus tax. At this time, we cannot offer PERFORMANCE PLUS SERVICE for boilers or heat pumps. PERFORMANCE PLUS SERVICE is transferable if you sell your home.

     To date, 556 of our customers have joined the PERFORMANCE PLUS SERVICE program.

Furnace Tune-Up

  • Start furnace
  • Lubricate all moving parts where necessary.
  • Check burner operation, clean, if necessary.
  • Check heat anticipator.
  • Check heat exchanger and clean, if necessary.
  • Check safety controls.
  • Replace air filters.
  • Check flue for draft.
  • Check temperature rise through furnace.
  • Check fan and limit control.
  • Check for proper combustion.
  • Check gas line and manifold pressure.
  • Check and adjust blower components for winter use.
  • Check furnace cabinet.
  • Check for carbon monoxide leakage.
  • Any equipment repairs will be billed separately with a 10% discount on parts and labor.

$89.95 plus tax

Air Conditioning Tune-Up

  • Start Air Conditioner.
  • Lubricate all moving parts, where necessary.
  • Check operating pressures.
  • Check starting capabilities.
  • Check and clean condenser coil.
  • Check safety controls.
  • Replace air filters.
  • Check and adjust blower components for summer use.
  • Check thermostat calibration.
  • Check all electrical connections.
  • Check voltage and amperage on motors.
  • Clean condensate drain.
  • Any equipment repairs will be billed separately with a 10% discount on parts and labor.
